This is an Outstanding quality, made in Japan series lens with a metal barrel having a built in lens hood. Since this lens has a Pentax Universal M42 screw mount – it is VERY easy to adapt to just about any camera system on the market-film & digital alike (manually focused). It works with Pentax Universal screw mount compatible cameras and basically almost any other camera with an easy to find M42 adapter or using other proper Tamron adaptamatic mounts. This is a great telephoto with a great sharpness and a wonderful background bokeh too.. This lens comes easily as shown, in Beautiful cosmetic condition showing light cosmetic wear. The glass looks Very nice: No scratches, No fungus, light dust, Nice lens coatings. This lens focuses very smoothly, and the aperture works well with No oil on the blades and a nice snappy proper working aperture response with a good working stop down switch too. This lens takes Fantastic images -fully camera tested with great results -some samples below. This lens set comes with its Tamron P-CS Pentax m42 screw mount, Tamron rear mount adapter box, rear lens cap and a Sakar front lens cap and a Tamron lens case (case show too. S# 651269 I have added 32 photos of this lens best give a walk around – plus some samples using this lens on a Sony A6000 (with an adapter) –full frame views and 100% zoomed-in views – most shot at f2.5 and f5.6 apertures Please verify compatibility before bidding.
