Furniture Delivery: All of our furniture listings are usually listed with the “Local Pick Up” option. We do, however, have the option with our retail used furniture business to deliver pieces. We operate our store out of Reno, Nevada and can deliver up to 200 miles from our location. This would include all of the Bay Area as well. This delivery would be an additional and separate charge and must be negotiated prior to any sale. If you are interested in having one of our pieces delivered, please message us prior to any sale so we can discuss the details and options. We can always negotiate. What I Sell: This eBay store is filled with hundreds of items we find as part of an estate clearing business that we have. There is everything from furniture, vintage clothing, jewelry, vintage books, porcelain, and pretty much whatever we find. We are constantly finding all types of cool stuff. Don’t miss out Payment: We ask that all items be paid for within 48 hours of purchase. We only take payment through PayPal. After 48 hours, a payment reminder will be sent and an unpaid item claim will be opened with eBay. Shipping: Our shipping prices are usually based on the lowest cost, economy shipping either through the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. Sometimes that may be Priority Mail and other times that may be FedEx Ground which will take longer. By clicking the buy button on my items, you are agreeing to the shipping charge that we have posted on our listings. We are always fair in determining our shipping charges. Keep in mind that eBay takes a portion of all money from sales, including shipping charges (13% total) Keep in mind we have to balance this out to keep from actually losing money. We usually process our orders within 1 day of payment. Arrangements can always be made for expedited, priority shipping. If you are interested in Priority or Express shipping, you may message us prior to purchasing an item and we can calculate an estimate or at purchase, message us prior to paying by requesting an invoice of charges and let me know that you are requesting Priority shipping. We do not issue refunds for stolen packages. The only way to prevent theft 100% is to have a signature confirmation added to the package. I can not do this with every package I list. If you would like to add a signature confirmation on your package, please message me prior to payment. That will require an additional $3 charge to shipping costs paid by the buyer. Should your items arrive broken or damaged, please message us immediately. Please retain all damaged and broken pieces and packaging. We need all items documented to file any claims. eBay lists estimated times of delivery on all listings now at their own discretion. Please keep in mind that this is “only an estimate”. Actual delivery times will vary. We are shipping out of Nevada so items shipping to the east coast will always take time. We provide tracking numbers for all our items so you can monitor your shipment online and have the best idea of actual delivery time. Insurance: Unfortunately, items may get damaged during shipping. We generally use our own discretion in adding shipping insurance to those items we feel may have the potential to be damaged during shipping. We will usually insure breakables over $150. This insurance is usually added into the cost of our shipping charge. Priority shipping will guarantee items up to $100 for any items. I can not be responsible for items that may be stolen out of mail boxes or off of porches. If tracking shows the item delivered, I have completed my sale. Insurance will not usually cover theft since the item was delivered. Priority shipping with signature confirmation is the only way to prevent theft. That would be at the buyers cost. If you want to make sure to add insurance or Priority shipping to any items, please message me or request an invoice at purchase and let me know. Added insurance will be at your own cost and added to your invoice. Combined Shipping: If you are purchasing multiple items from our store, we will always do our best to package and ship items together. Some breakable items may require packaging separately to protect them in shipping. Other than that, most items can be combined. If you do purchase multiple items and would like combined, please request an invoice, ask for combined shipping, and we will determine a cost. Combined shipping is also done at the lowest, most economical shipping through FedEx or the Postal Service. If you would like Priority shipping, please let me know when you request an invoice for total charges. Returns: We do not offer returns. Buy with confidence. International Shipping: We can now ship to Canada. Our listings show that we do not do international shipping but arrangements can be made if it is worthwhile. If you are in Canada and are interested in purchasing something from our store, please message us prior to purchasing item and we can see if we can manage it.
